Primary care for the whole family
Our Family Medicine Residency Faculty Practice, in partnership with the Palm Beach Consortium for Graduate Medical Education (PBCGME), provides adult, adolescent and pediatric primary care services. Our mission is to provide quality medical care and serve as a training site for post-graduate physicians who specialize in family medicine. Our program is affiliated with HCA Florida St. Lucie Hospital.
Patient-centered family medicine
Our Family Medicine Residency training program is dedicated to becoming your patient-centered medical home. We provide excellent patient care along with offering superb clinical training for medical residents who are becoming family medicine physicians. Because our physicians are working with new physicians, our team is current on the latest medical advances and are able to provide a full spectrum of care.
What to expect at our primary care practice
A resident is a doctor who has received a medical degree from an accredited medical school and who practices medicine under the supervision of a fully licensed physician, usually in a hospital or clinic. At our practice, you will be cared for by a medical team consisting of a physician and a resident physician who will be your primary care providers, along with mid-level providers.
Our family medicine services
No matter your age or health conditions, we can help you and your family diagnose, treat and manage acute and chronic illnesses. Our primary care services include:
- Well-visits for infants, children, teens, adults and older adults
- Chronic disease management
- Lab, X-ray, CT Scan, ultrasound, MRI, bone density scans
- Men’s health
- Osteopathic manipulative medicine
- Skin biopsies
- Sports medicine
- Urgent and preventative care
- Pediatrics and immunizations
- Women’s health
Appointments
- Same-day appointments available
- Bring a list of your medications including over-the-counter medicines, vitamins, herbal supplements, or bring your medication bottles to your visit
- Bring immunization records for your child’s visit
- Please schedule an appointment for routine care
- Call 911 for emergencies
Insurance information
We accept a wide variety of insurance plans. For patients without insurance, we offer a sliding fee schedule depending on your income level. A payment plan can be made by calling the business office to discuss your financial situation.
