Care Philosophy
My philosophy of patient care is centered on combining surgical excellence with compassionate, individualized care. I believe that every patient facing aortic disease deserves not only the most advanced surgical solutions—whether open or endovascular—but also a clear understanding of their condition, options, and path forward. With a foundation in rigorous training from Chile and advanced fellowship experience at the Cleveland Clinic, I bring a global, evidence-based perspective to each case. At the same time, I prioritize communication, trust, and collaboration with patients and their families. I see every procedure, especially complex aortic root surgeries, as an opportunity to improve both survival and long-term quality of life
