Eric Schiffman, MD, was raised in West Caldwell, NJ, a suburb of New York City. After high school, he graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Science degree, and membership in Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Kappa Phi Honor Societies. \n \nAfter college he began his medical studies at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City, and completed his orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital, a Level One Trauma Center,
