Dr. Francisco I. Macedo is a double board-certified surgical oncologist and Chief of Surgical Oncology at HCA Florida Gainesville Surgical Group. He specializes in complex gastrointestinal and hepatopancreatobiliary malignancies, delivering advanced, multidisciplinary cancer care to patients throughout North Central Florida and surrounding regions.
