Dr. Jose Osorio is a native of Brazil where he earned his medical degree from the Universiade Federal de Minas Gerais. he successfully completed training at the University of Alabama at Birmingham in Cardiovascular Disease and Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology. He is board certified in cardiovascular disease and clinical cardiac electrophysiology. His passion for improving patient care has been recognized by his professional organization, the Heart Rhythm Society, which designed educational programs. Dr. Osorio has long championed the team-based approach to continuous quality improvement with a focus on safety, efficiency, and improved outcomes. Over the past 8 years, he has hosted over 500 clinicians in his lab in-person and virtually to help them improve their efficiency and outcomes.
