Joseph T. Gallagher, M.D., earned his medical degree as well as his Masters degree in Physiology from Chicago Medical School in Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Gallagher completed his General Surgery Residency at the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida. He completed his Colon and Rectal fellowship at Orlando Regional Healthcare System in Orlando, Florida.
