Patrick R. Carmichael, MD

Patrick R. Carmichael, MD, was born in Georgia and attended medical school at the University of South Florida. He completed his residency training at the University of Florida/ Alachua General Hospital program. After serving on the faculty at the University of Florida College of Medicine, Dr. Carmichael entered the practice in 1983. He has been re-certified in July 1998 and is a diplomate of the American Board of Family Practice.
